Contributions, shares, loans, fines, meetings and the minutes — in one place, on every member's phone. Set your group up this afternoon and stop reconciling an exercise book against six people's memories.

A VICOBA collecting 20,000 a month does not need a loan book or a payroll. Pick the bundle that matches how your group actually runs — you can add a module the day you need it.
VICOBA, chamas and welfare groups that collect monthly contributions
5,000 TZS / member / month →Groups that issue shares to members and pay a dividend
7,000 TZS / member / month →Groups that lend to their members and run a loan book
10,000 TZS / member / month →Registered SACCOs with staff, investments and an audited year
12,000 TZS / member / month →Per member, per month. A group running five modules pays for five. Switch one on and the price goes up by exactly one module; switch it off and it goes back down. There is no other pricing to read.
Every group starts here — the contributions, and the rules around them.
Monthly Jamii contributions, deposits and withdrawals, with a running statement for every member.
Automatic fines for missed contributions and late loans, with a waiver trail when the committee forgives one.
Schedule meetings, run them online, take attendance and file the minutes.
Your katiba in the system — versioned, adopted by vote, and readable by every member.
A members-only forum and polls, so a decision does not need a meeting.
For groups that issue shares and pay out to members.
Share purchases and sales, share value each year, and the dividend that follows from it.
Welfare payouts — bereavement, sickness, celebration — paid from the group and posted to the books.
For groups that lend their money out.
Applications, guarantors, approvals, schedules and repayments, with the cost of the loan stated up front.
An insurance fund built from dividends, so one member's default is not everybody's loss.
Advance a member their LUKU or water bill against their savings, and settle it later.
For registered SACCOs with investments and people on payroll.
Bonds, fixed deposits and group-owned holdings, with the income landing in the right year.
Staff records for a group that has grown past running itself on volunteers.
Every bundle is priced per member, per month. Put your own number in and the grid works out what your group would pay. Every bundle starts with 30 days free — no setup fee, no contract, nothing to pay until the trial ends.
SMS to members is charged separately, per message, at your bundle's rate.
A tick is included in the bundle. A dash can still be added for 1,000 TZS per member per month whenever you want it.

Your group's name, your phone number and a bundle. We text you a code to confirm the number — that is the whole form.
Enter them, or import the list you already keep. Each one gets their own login and sees only their own money.
Import the bank or M-Pesa statement and the contributions allocate themselves. From there the balances keep themselves.
Count the modules your group has switched on, multiply by 1,000 TZS, multiply by the number of active members. That is your monthly invoice. A bundle is just a set of modules picked to suit a kind of group — it is not a separate price.
The price follows on the next invoice. Add Loans and you pay for one more module from that month; drop it and you stop. Nothing is deleted when a module is switched off — your existing loans and balances stay exactly where they are.
No. The invoice counts active members only. A member who has left the group stops being billed the month they are marked as exited.
Yes. Every record in the system carries its group, and no screen, report or export crosses that line. Members see only their own position; committee members see only their own group.
No. There is an Android app and a web portal, and statements and reminders also go out by SMS, so a member with a basic handset still gets told what they owe and what they have saved.
You get your first invoice for the month after it ends, priced exactly as above. Nothing is charged during the trial, and no card is taken to start one.
30 days free. No card. If it does not suit your group, walk away and nothing is owed.
